Brief instructions (the instructions in the pack explain step by step in detail):

Mix blue impression material with water in the bucket provided, dip hands in the desired position, wait a little, carefully pull out hands one by one. After drying, pour white plaster mass into the resulting mould. Allow to harden, remove the elastic impression material. After drying, the model can be finished with sandpaper.

The impression material hardens very quickly and becomes rubbery. Therefore, dipping must be done very quickly after mixing. The mould is to be used only once. To ensure that the impression is successful in every case, detailed instructions are enclosed in the package.
